About us

AMS (Outsourcing) Services was set up in 1999 by Leslie-Ann Giovnilli after 22 years working in the international reinsurance market; she saw a niche where it was possible to help businesses, professional bodies and trade associations to focus on activities by supporting their core strategy and strategic vision, by relieving them of all non-core and non-value adding operations – efficiently and cost-effectively.

We provide dedicated off-site professional support. Working closely with our clients as an extension of their team, we offer a range of services, including administration, company secretary, event planning, marketing, finance and more.

We understand that one size doesn’t fit all, and provide bespoke solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients, all the while delivering added value and savings through increased administrative efficiencies and reduced staffing overheads and technology costs.

Management Team

Our close knit team comprises of over 100 years experience from a range of roles and knowledge, including AAT qualified financial; compliance and procedural work; company resourcing and planning; years of running international and city business events for government as well as private operations; professional insurance training; sales & promotion; data management; social media support and staff resourcing and management from blue chip company employment.

The office is manned Monday – Friday, 08.00 until 16.00 but emails may be answered by WFH staff. The office closed for two weeks at Xmas.

I have been at AMS for more than 6 years now and I have met so many interesting and friendly people in the many areas that my work covers. It is a very fast paced environment and quite often time sensitive, but as a team we manage to keep clients happy without exhausting ourselves. Covid was a difficult 2 years and now we are back in the venues, and F2F, I am looking forward to renewing old relationships and starting new ones with our clients and suppliers.

 AMS is now 23 years old, and I am in my 25th year of creating learning and. development opportunities, as well as facilitating development for businesses. I spent the first 20 years of my career in the reinsurance claims market, most of which morphed into the professional legacy market we know today. 2020 was a steep learning curve for us all but the current management team has proven to be resilient and loyal with a real ‘can do’ approach to everything that has been thrown at us. With a great bunch of suppliers and many supportive clients we were in a good place to step up a gear with our F2F events going again.
